AimDo is developed and maintained by Senvionix. This policy explains our commitment to your privacy regarding the data we collect and how it is used.

1. Authentication via Google OAuth 2.0

AimDo uses Google OAuth 2.0 for user authentication. We do not collect, see, or store your Google account password. When you sign in, Google provides us with a secure, encrypted token that allows us to access limited profile information (Name, Email, and Profile Picture) to create and maintain your account. This data is used exclusively for account identification and personalization within the app.

2. Information We Collect

Identity Data: Name, email address, and profile image retrieved through Google Sign-In.
User Content: Tasks, goals, and records created within the app.
Transaction Data: Subscription status and transaction identifiers managed via Google Play Billing.
Technical Data: Device identifiers (AAID) used for advertising and analytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

All user records and identity data are securely hosted on Supabase. We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and secure HTTPS protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. You can reset your Advertising ID in your Android device settings.
Google Play Store: For processing secure financial transactions. We do not have access to your credit card or bank details.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. AimDo provides two ways to delete your information:

In-App Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data (tasks, profile, and records) instantly by going to Settings > Data management > Delete Account within the app.
Request via Email: You may also request full data deletion by contacting us at aimdo.support@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or port your data. If you have any questions regarding these rights, please contact us using the information provided above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
